Unauthorized vault entry creation via import

Incorrect authorization in Devolutions Remote Desktop Manager 2024.2.21 and earlier on Windows allows remote authenticated users to add vault entries. The import in vault feature accepts an entry addition without enforcing the user's configured Add permission. Exploitation requires an authenticated account with vault access and permits unauthorized entry creation in that vault.
