Authenticated code execution via unsafe TGZ extraction

Path traversal in the eNMS 4.0 through 4.2 TGZ service importer allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code. The import_services method passes archive members to extractall without resolving and confining their paths, allowing ../ names to write outside the services directory. An authenticated user with service-import access can overwrite files available to the eNMS service account, including its SSH authorized_keys file, and obtain a remote shell.
