Authenticated command execution via crafted iperf argument
Published Nov 25, 2024 · Updated Nov 25, 2024
Command injection in EnGenius ENH1350EXT, ENS500-AC, and ENS620EXT version 20241118 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands. The /admin/network/diag_iperf handler fails to neutralize special elements in the attacker-controlled iperf argument before command processing. Administrative access to the network management interface is required; successful injection can read or modify data and interrupt the appliance.
