Remote web-service crash via malformed GetIPTV request

Null pointer dereference in Tenda i9 firmware 1.0.0.8(3828) allows remote attackers to crash its web service through GetIPTV. The websReadEvent path accepts a crafted POST with conflicting Content-Length headers and a query string, reaches state 8, and passes a null pointer to strlen. Network access to HTTP port 80 is sufficient in the published proof of concept, and repeated requests interrupt service without reported data disclosure or modification.
