Unauthorized database access via unsanitized expcat input
Published Nov 23, 2024 · Updated Nov 26, 2024
SQL injection in expedit.php in itsourcecode.com Tailoring Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to access the database. The handler inserts the POST expcat value directly into an SQL query without validation or parameter binding, enabling time-based blind injection. A valid session is required, and successful exploitation permits database reads or writes within the application's database-account privileges.
