Unauthorized configuration access via hard-coded OEM credentials

Hard-coded credentials in nine E-Lins router models 3.0 through 3.2 allow remote attackers to access privileged web functions. The hidden /cgi-bin/luci/admin/oem/oem endpoint accepts a fixed oemadmin password recovered from the firmware shadow file. Network access to the web interface is sufficient; successful login exposes MAC-address and branding controls and ordinary user features.
