Stored XSS via script-bearing SVG application icons

Stored XSS in authentik before 2024.10.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser via an SVG icon. The application serves uploaded SVG application icons from /media without a restrictive Content-Security-Policy, so embedded script runs when a user follows the icon link. Administrator privileges are required to upload the file, and execution occurs in the victim's browser session.
