Traffic interception via missing certificate validation
Published Feb 10, 2025 · Updated Feb 12, 2025
Missing certificate validation in Devolutions Remote Desktop Manager allows man-in-the-middle attackers to intercept and alter TLS traffic. On affected non-Windows clients, the certificate-validation logic accepts any server certificate without prompting the user. Exploitation requires control of the network path and a client connection, exposing or altering session data without a reported direct service interruption.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
