System crash via double-fetched copy length

Heap overflow in Netskope One Endpoint DLP before R119 allows local users to crash Windows systems through the Content Control Driver. The EpdlpSetUsbAction function fetches a user-controlled string length separately for heap allocation and copying, allowing a raced larger second value to overrun the allocated buffer. Exploitation requires administrator privileges, stopping the EPDLP service, and winning the timing race; the published proof of concept targets a crash.
