Stored XSS via unescaped BibTeX filenames

Stored XSS in wp-publications 1.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script in visitors' browsers via a crafted filename. bibtexbrowser.php emits discovered filenames into its generated page without HTML encoding, so filename markup becomes executable browser content. Administrator-level access to place a malicious .bib file on the server is required, and another user must load the affected page.
