Published Mar 13, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Missing authorization in ThemeKraft BuddyForms 2.8.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to publish pages with arbitrary titles. The buddyforms_new_page function creates a published page from the supplied title without checking the caller's capability. Any authenticated subscriber can reach the path, resulting in unauthorized public content creation without broader reported access.
