Authenticated SQL injection via date parameters
Published Nov 20, 2024 · Updated Dec 2, 2024
SQL injection in Code4Berry Decoration Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter database queries via date parameters. The Between Dates Reports handler in /decoration/admin/btndates_report.php incorporates attacker-controlled fromdate and todate values into an SQL command without neutralizing SQL syntax. Access to the administrative report is required, and successful exploitation permits database data to be read or modified and can interrupt database-backed service.
