Unauthenticated denial of service via HTTPS buffer miscalculation

Denial of service in Schneider Electric Modicon M580, BMENOR2200H, and EVlink Pro AC allows remote attackers to interrupt operation. The embedded webserver miscalculates a buffer size while processing attacker-controlled HTTPS packet data, resulting in a buffer overflow. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the published impact is limited to a service interrupt with no confidentiality or integrity loss.
