Unrestricted file upload in django Filer 3.0 through 3.2.3 allows remote authenticated users to distribute executable files. The default FILE_VALIDATORS map omits a denial rule for application/octet-stream, so binary or unidentified uploads are accepted and made available for download. Exploitation requires django CMS admin access and another user to download and manually execute the file; public technical details do not explain the CNA-listed stored-XSS path.
