CVE-2024-1137Network attack vector

Authenticated data disclosure via cross-client traffic observation

Published Mar 12, 2024 · Updated Oct 31, 2024

Information disclosure in TIBCO ActiveSpaces 4.4.0 through 4.9.0 allows remote authenticated users to view other clients' query results. The Proxy and Client components do not enforce table access controls when routing result traffic, so one client can passively receive data addressed to other clients. Exploitation requires a valid ActiveSpaces client and concurrent queries by other clients; it exposes returned data but does not permit unauthorized queries or modification.
