Unauthenticated content disclosure via faulty URL check
Published Feb 28, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Missing authorization in WPShopMart Coming Soon Page & Maintenance Mode 2.2.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to view concealed site content. The wpsm_coming_soon_redirect function applies an improperly implemented check to the request URL and consequently skips the maintenance-page redirect. The site must have coming-soon or maintenance mode enabled; exposure is limited to content that the mode was intended to conceal.
