Stored script injection via nonce-free settings update

Cross-site request forgery in Sanskritforum Skt NURCaptcha 3.5.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject stored scripts through settings. The skt-nurc-admin.php settings handler updates WordPress options from request values without validating a request nonce. An administrator must be tricked into submitting the forged request; the stored payload then executes in affected site contexts.
