Reflected XSS via unescaped settings URL

Reflected XSS in Custom CSS, JS & PHP 2.3.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts through crafted URLs. The settings code passes attacker-controlled query data through add_query_arg() and remove_query_arg(), then outputs the resulting URL without appropriate escaping. Execution requires a user to open the crafted link, after which the script runs in that user's browser context and can read or alter data available to the page.
