Reflected XSS via unescaped admin-page URLs
Published Jan 11, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Reflected XSS in fdmedia GmbH ClickWhale 2.4.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to run scripts via a crafted link. Clickwhale_Links_List_Table builds admin-page URLs with add_query_arg and remove_query_arg, then emits them without context-appropriate escaping. No authentication is required, but script execution depends on a user opening an attacker-crafted link in a browser.
