Improper authorization in APsystems Altenergy Power Control Software through 20241108 allows remote attackers to read database information. The /index.php/display/database/ handler returns sensitive database content without performing the required authorization check; the public report does not identify the underlying function. No credentials or user interaction are required, and the documented consequence is limited to confidentiality loss through the ECU web interface.
