CVE-2024-11303Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated file disclosure via encoded path traversal

Published Nov 18, 2024 · Updated Nov 21, 2024

Path traversal in Korenix JetPort 5601 through 1.2 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary device files over HTTP. The embedded thttpd service decodes encoded parent-directory segments in the request path and serves files outside its web root. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful requests disclose operating-system, configuration, connection, and other sensitive data.
