Authenticated HTML injection via unsanitized Q&A input

HTML injection in Themeum Tutor LMS 2.6.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to alter Q&A content with arbitrary HTML. The Q_And_A request handler stores submitted question and answer markup in Q&A content without applying the WordPress post-content allowlist. Student access is sufficient, and the injected markup changes displayed site content but does not execute scripts as cross-site scripting.
