Authenticated user deletion via unchecked REST authorization

Authorization bypass in Arraytics Timetics 1.0.27 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to delete arbitrary WordPress users. The customers REST API deletion route accepts a user-controlled identifier without checking whether the requester has permission to delete the target. Timetics Customer access is sufficient, and deletion can remove any site account, including an administrator account.
