Arbitrary file creation in WebinarPress 1.33.24 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute code via imported images. The sync-import-imgs function omits a capability check and accepts imported image content without validating its file type before writing it to the WordPress host. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, and executable content written under the web root permits code execution in the web server context.
