Attendee email disclosure via missing capability check

Missing authorization in Metagauss EventPrime 3.4.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to retrieve any event's attendee list. The get_attendees_email_by_event_id() function returns attendee email data without checking the caller's WordPress capability. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, and the resulting exposure is limited to attendee-list data associated with arbitrary events.
