Server-side request forgery via raw request URI
Published Nov 24, 2024 · Updated Nov 3, 2025
CRLF injection in PHP before 8.1.31, 8.2.26, or 8.3.14 allows remote attackers to send arbitrary server-side HTTP requests. The request_fulluri implementation inserts a raw resource URI into the HTTP request line, bypassing the stream wrapper's normal control-character sanitization. Exploitation requires partial attacker control of that URI and request_fulluri, or an FTP proxy context, and grants access to otherwise restricted endpoints.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
