Host file access via concurrent mount race

Improper privilege management in Buildah before 1.33.12 and three later branches allows local users to read or write host files. Concurrent RUN --mount operations re-resolve attacker-controlled bind or cache source paths after validation, creating a TOCTOU race that mounts an unintended host path. Exploitation requires a malicious Containerfile and concurrent stages or builds; a root-owned Podman service expands access to privileged files, while SELinux still permits host-path enumeration.
