Client-secret disclosure via unredacted debug logging

Sensitive information exposure in Red Hat OpenShift OAuth Server 4.12 through 4.18 allows remote authenticated users to read OAuth client secrets. The server's Debug-or-higher identity-provider logging writes the configured OAuth2 client secret for OIDC, GitHub, GitLab, and Google login options without redaction. Cluster-administrator privileges are required to raise the log level and access the resulting logs, exposing credentials for configured identity providers.
