Stored XSS via unescaped shortcode attributes

Stored XSS in I13 Web Solution Email Subscription Popup 1.2.22 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through shortcode attributes. The print_email_subscribe_form handler accepts user-supplied shortcode attributes and renders them without sufficient sanitization or output escaping. Contributor-level access is required; the stored payload executes in the browser of anyone opening the injected page, enabling content manipulation and data access in that session.
