Missing authorization in RadiusTheme Classified Listing 3.1.15.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to gain Administrator access. The rtcl_import_settings AJAX handler accepts array-valued WordPress options from Subscriber-level callers and updates them without an adequate capability check. Rewriting the Subscriber role capabilities grants administrative access; exploitation requires a valid Subscriber account.
