Published May 15, 2025 · Updated May 20, 2025
Stored XSS in Repute InfoSystems ARSocial before 1.4.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through an admin setting. The global-settings handler stores a crafted Facebook App ID without adequate sanitization and renders it without escaping when the page reloads. Administrator privileges are required, and successful exploitation runs script in the browser of a user who views the saved settings.
