Root access via predictable device-derived password

Hard-coded credentials in ECOVACS robot lawnmowers and vacuums allow physically proximate attackers with shell access to log in as root. The eco_passwd program sets each device's root password at boot to Base64-encoded SHA-256 of a fixed secret combined with its model and serial number. Access requires the device's UART login shell and its model and serial number; the derived credential grants full root control.
