Database disclosure via unprepared event query
Published Jan 28, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
SQL injection in imithemes Eventer 3.9.8 and earlier allows remote attackers to read database data through the event parameter. The eventer_get_attendees function insufficiently escapes that parameter and incorporates it into an existing SQL query without sufficient preparation. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the reported consequence is database disclosure rather than modification or service interruption.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
