Executable file upload via unchecked OAM replacement

Arbitrary file upload in Tumult Hype Animations 1.9.15 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to place executable files on WordPress. During OAM replacement, hypeanimations_panel() moves the uploaded archive before checking its contents and does not verify the outer file's type or extension. Author-level access and a valid upload nonce are required; when the server executes the uploaded content, the result is code execution.
