Code execution via unsafe hostvars templating

Template injection in Red Hat Ansible Core 2.18.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute code through unsafe hostvars data. The hostvars object indirectly references content tagged unsafe and sends it through templating again, causing embedded expressions to execute. Exploitation requires an operator to run a playbook that templates hostvars-derived remote data or module output after an attacker alters that input.
