Authenticated SQL injection via unquoted id parameter
Published Nov 10, 2024 · Updated Nov 12, 2024
SQL injection in CodeAstro Real Estate Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify database data. The admin/aboutedit.php handler assigns the GET id parameter to $aid and interpolates it unquoted into an UPDATE statement's WHERE clause. Administrator access to the about-page management interface is required, and crafted predicates can update every about-page row or expose stored administrator data.
