Unauthenticated UI denial via oversized board names

Uncontrolled resource consumption in InvokeAI 5.0.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to make the board interface unresponsive via an oversized name. The PATCH /api/v1/boards/{board_id} handler accepts BoardChanges.board_name without a length bound and passes the unchecked string to the board service. No credentials or user interaction are required; a crafted request can leave the UI unusable and prevent management or deletion of the affected board.
