Uncontrolled resource consumption in GPT Academic 3.83 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service via an oversized upload filename. The file upload handler accepts an excessively large multipart form-data filename and consumes server resources without enforcing a filename-size limit. An authenticated web session is required; exploitation overwhelms the server and makes the application unavailable to legitimate users.
