Authenticated SSRF via unsanitized HotReload input

SSRF in GPT Academic 3.83 allows remote authenticated users to access unauthorized web resources through the HotReload plugin. The HotReload function passes unvalidated input to crazy_utils.get_files_from_everything(), which issues requests with the Gradio service's network access. A low-privileged session is required, and the resulting requests expose only resources reachable with the server's credentials.
