Unrestricted upload in Webopac 6 before 6.5.1 and 7 before 7.2.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute server code. The upload handler fails to validate file types before storing executable content, allowing an uploaded web shell to run on the server. Regular user privileges and network access to the upload function are required; successful exploitation grants arbitrary server-side code execution.
