Display-command execution via crafted management link
Published Nov 29, 2024 · Updated Jul 24, 2025
Cross-site request forgery in affected NEC UNIVERGE IX releases allows remote attackers to run display commands through the WebGUI. The Web Console accepts a request encoded in a crafted URL as the action of the victim's existing session and executes the requested display command. A logged-in management user must access the crafted link; affected releases are 9.2 through 9.7, 10.0 through 10.7, 10.8.21 through 10.8.27, 10.9.11 through 10.9.14, and 10.10.21.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
