CVE-2024-11013Network attack vector

Authenticated CLI command execution via WebGUI message tampering

Published Nov 29, 2024 · Updated Jul 24, 2025

Command injection in NEC UNIVERGE IX, IX-R, and IX-V routers allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary CLI commands. The WebGUI management interface accepts user-modified messages and passes embedded command content to the device CLI without adequate neutralization. A user must already be logged into the management interface; successful exploitation grants command-line control over router operation and configuration.
