SQL injection in E-Health Care System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read database data or bypass doctor login via a crafted email. Doctor/doctor_login.php inserts the POST email value directly into an SQL statement without restrictions or neutralization. No authentication is required; exploitation reaches stored database information or a doctor account, while broader impact is not demonstrated.
