Information disclosure via ignored JGroups mTLS option

Cleartext transmission in Keycloak 25.0.0 through 26.0.5 allows attackers to read JGroups replication data on adjacent networks. CacheManagerFactory passes an unprefixed property name to Configuration.isTrue, so KC_CACHE_EMBEDDED_MTLS_ENABLED resolves to false and TLS is not configured. The flaw requires access to the adjacent JGroups network and an embedded-cache deployment that enables mTLS; the reported impact is disclosure only.
