Authenticated JSON file disclosure via path traversal

Path traversal in EMQ Technologies Neuron 2.10.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary JSON files. The /api/v2/schema handler appends .json to an unvalidated schema name and reads the resulting path from plugin directories without first confirming that the schema is registered. A valid JWT and filesystem readability are required, and disclosure is limited to JSON files reachable through traversal.
