Memory corruption via unbounded plugin library copy

Buffer overflow in EMQ Technologies Neuron 2.0 through 2.10 allows remote authenticated users to corrupt process memory through the plugin API. The handle_add_plugin function copies req->library into fixed cmd.library storage with strcpy and performs no destination-length check. A valid bearer token is required; successful exploitation can alter or disclose process data and interrupt the service.
