Improper input validation in Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk Updater before 4.20.00 allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The Client accepts an improperly validated Updated Agent for deployment, although Rockwell Automation has not identified the affected function or fields. Exploitation requires high privileges and active user interaction, and successful deployment runs attacker-controlled code on an affected system.
