Unauthenticated memory-limit modification via unchecked admin_logic

Missing authorization in Change Memory Limit 1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter the WordPress memory limit. The admin_logic() callback runs on admin_init without a capability check and processes an unauthenticated request that updates the configured limit. No account or user interaction is required; the documented consequence is limited to unauthorized modification of the memory-limit setting.
