Script execution via unescaped userid reflection

Cross-site scripting in MonoCMS 20240528 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script via the userid parameter. The account.php page prints userid directly into a hidden input value without HTML encoding, so quotation marks can terminate the attribute and inject a script element. A victim must open the crafted account-page URL; successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled script in that victim's browser context.
