Arbitrary file write via upload path traversal

Path traversal in DB-GPT 0.6.0 allows remote attackers to write arbitrary files through the personal agent upload API. The upload handler uses an attacker-controlled upload path without constraining the resolved destination to its intended directory. Unauthenticated network access is sufficient to overwrite server-writable files; placing a malicious Python initializer in site-packages enables code execution.
